Our Couriers
We dispatch orders using DPD, Evri, and Hermes. The courier used for your order will depend on your location and availability at the time of dispatch.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been collected by the courier
- Where available, a tracking link will be included in your dispatch email
- Couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour if you are not in — you will be notified by the courier directly

Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
🚫 We do not currently ship to international addresses, BFPO addresses, or PO Boxes. Some remote areas of Scotland and the Scottish Highlands may experience slightly longer delivery times. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering.
Missing or Late Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of your expected delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
- Please check your tracking link and any courier notifications first
- Check with neighbours and any safe places the courier may have left the parcel
- If the parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
