These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. Vape Alive UK is a trading name of NLW Media Solutions LTD ("we", "us").

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and live in the UK to order. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over.

2. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. Payment is by bank transfer using the reference shown at checkout. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 48 hours. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies.

3. Stock

Stock levels update automatically throughout the day. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

4. Delivery

See our delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellations and returns

See our returns page. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Product use

Products contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance. They are not suitable for under 18s, non-smokers, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep them out of the reach of children and pets. Use the correct batteries and chargers.

7. Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by misuse of products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
