Returns & refunds

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the items are unopened and sealed. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of e-liquids, pods, coils or devices once the seal has been broken, unless they are faulty.

Faulty items: if something arrives faulty or damaged, email [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund it.

Refunds are paid back to the bank account you paid from, within 14 days of us receiving the return.
