We take this responsibility seriously. Before anyone can browse or purchase from our website, they must pass an age verification check. We will not process any order where age has not been confirmed.
2. Legal Requirements

Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR) — governs the sale and marketing of e-cigarettes and nicotine-containing products in the UK.

Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015 — makes it illegal to sell nicotine inhaling products to under-18s and for adults to purchase on their behalf.
UK Law
Children and Young Persons (Sale of Tobacco etc.) Order 2007 — prohibits the sale of tobacco-related products to minors.
3. How We Verify Age
Before anyone can view or purchase from our website, they are presented with an age verification screen powered by the Age Gate plugin.

Age confirmation required
The visitor must confirm they are 18 or over. This is done by entering their date of birth or selecting Yes/No. If they confirm they are under 18 or decline to verify, they are immediately redirected away from the site.
Access granted or denied
Only visitors who confirm they are 18 or over are permitted to access the website and place orders. The verification result is stored in the visitor’s browser so they are not asked again on return visits from the same device.
